Organizational Demographic Data:

This year, we are not collecting organizational demographic data as part of this funding opportunity. We recognize that demographic information can play an important role in advancing equity and understanding whether leadership and governance are reflective of the communities served. However, we are intentionally pausing the collection of this data until we have greater clarity about how it will be used in proposal evaluation and in our broader organizational practices. We remain committed to equity and to strengthening how we approach this work with care and transparency.

Given vast community needs, Greater Rochester Health Foundation will only consider one proposal per organization. Submission of a proposal does not guarantee funding.

We are available to answer questions and to provide clarification as needed. If you have trouble finding your organization below, please send an email to ideas@thegrhf.org.

We use Submittable to accept and review our submissions.
